STORE POLICY

Please e-mail us within 7 days of the date your item was delivered to start a return process. All returns must be received within 7 business days of the date your item was delivered. Returns will be credited in the form of store e-credit at the current sale price of the product. Store e-credit is good for 1 year.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items discounted more than 20% off the original price is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please review your order within 7 days of receiving your package. If you think you received a defective item, please contact info@stefkoza.com and include a photo of the issue. 

If you have a defective item, please email info@stefkoza.com within 7 days of the delivery date noted on your order tracking history with a photo of the issue.

Masks cannot be returned for any reason. Please inspect any nonreturnable and/or sale items within 7 days of the date of delivery that is provided through USPS tracking history. 

DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Defective items are rare, but in the event that one is found we will need to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date confirmed on your order tracking. Defective items must remain in the original package, with original tags to receive an exchange. Please try on all of your items the day you receive it to avoid missing the 7-day return policy. We cannot accept items that have been washed and worn. Returnable items must be tagged, free of odor and/pet hair.  Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment if an exchange is not available in the original pattern purchased.

If you received a defective item, incorrect or wrong item, kindly email info@stefkoza.com. In your email please include a picture of your packing slip and a picture of all the items in your order.

If you received the incorrect size, please include in your email a photo of the clothing size tag from this item. 

As soon as this is all confirmed, a postage paid label will be sent to the email on file for return. You will then need to print the label and send the item(s) back to us within 7 business days. 

Once the item is received at our warehouse, a replacement item will be sent out immediately if available. If the item isn’t available, we can either issue you store e-credit or a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. 

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

If your package is returned to our facility for any reason notified on the USPS tracking website, such as bad address or undeliverable, we will send you an email to offer you a new shipment with additional postage payment. If you decline this option we will refund you minus a 10% restocking fee, as well as, the cost of shipping will be subtracted from this total if your order qualified for any free shipping offers at time of purchase.

HOW TO SEND BACK TO SUNFLOWEROBSESSION.COM

Prior to sending your items back, please contact info@stefkoza.com and receive confirmation that your item(s) is still eligible for return. We have a return window of 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Please inspect and try on your items immediately after receiving your package. 

When sending your items back to us, please use the most economical shipping method of your choice. Include your packing slip with a note stating the reason for return. This information must be included or your return may take longer to process.

Please allow 3-5 business days to inspect and process your return once it has been delivered.
